Year 12 Students Celebrate their Final Day at Kennedy Baptist College

On Friday 21 October, Year 12 students from Kennedy Baptist College enjoyed their final College events before settling down to study for their WACE Exams. Commencing with an
early breakfast by the river at Tomkins on Swan, students returned to the College for a whole school Assembly with an address by Mr Ashby, musical entertainment and some very amusing items from their Form Teachers.

As they departed from the Assembly Year 12 students walked through a guard of honour formed by students from Years 8– 11. As students arrived on the oval each Year 12 student was presented with a helium balloon by a Year 7 student. In true Kennedy tradition students released the balloons in a cloud of dark and light blue into the sky as a symbol of their hopes and dreams. The morning was completed with a delicious Morning Tea with their parents and classmates. Kennedy Baptist College wishes all our Year 12 student the very best of luck in their forthcoming exams.
